EventsEvolution PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the EventsEvolution service, or any applications (including mobile applications) made available by EventsEvolution (collectively the “EventsEvolution Service”). EventsEvolution Inc. (“EventsEvolution” “we” or “us”) values the privacy of our users (collectively or individually, "Users") who use the mobile applications, https://www.omyconf.com web site, and other web sites, online services, or content (e.g., widgets, feeds, and applications) owned or operated by us and our goal is to protect your private information.

The privacy of our Users is very important to us. Please read this Privacy Policy before using EventsEvolution Service or submitting any personal information. By using EventsEvolution Service, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. These practices may be changed, but any changes will be posted and changes will only apply to activities and information on a going forward, not retroactive basis. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy whenever you use EventsEvolution Service to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide will be used.

Personal information we collect

"Personal Information" is information about you that is personally identifiable to you, like your name, address, email address or phone number, as well as other non-public information that is associated with the foregoing.

When you sign up for the EventsEvolution Service or update your profile information you may provide us with certain contact or personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number, your photo, or other personally identifiable information about you. Voice, text and pictures that you create to communicate with other Users will be stored on your device and on our servers for a period of time.

With your permission, we will access your address book and import your contacts’ names, email addresses, phone numbers, image, geographic location, and Google/Facebook IDs to facilitate automatic connection with other people you may know. We also collect some settings that help us to interpret your data, such as the language and keyboard settings that you have established, and the phone’s carrier, mobile network code and mobile country code.

We may collect information about you from other Users, such as when someone you know provides details or contact information, or indicates a relationship with you.

If you authorize the activity, Google/Facebook may share with us certain approved data, which may include your profile information, your image and your list of friends, their profile information and their images.

By submitting Personal Information to us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the processing of your Personal Information according to this Privacy Policy. Your Personal Information may be processed by EventsEvolution in the country where it was collected, as well as other countries where laws regarding processing of Personal Information may be less stringent than the laws in your country.

Non-personal information we collect

EventsEvolution may track, collect and report aggregate data regarding user activity and EventsEvolution website usage and we may use this data for commercial purposes, but we shall not share any personally identifiable information except as expressly specified herein or in the EventsEvolution Terms of Use.

EventsEvolution may collect and use technical data and information about the User’s device and the system and application software incorporated on the device, to facilitate the provision of software updates, support and other services to the User (if any) related to EventsEvolution Service. We may use this information at our discretion, including to improve our offerings or to provide services.

We may keep track of and store in log files some of the activities you participate in while using EventsEvolution Service. In some cases you are also taking an action when you provide information or content to us. When you access EventsEvolution Service from a computer, mobile phone, or other device, we may collect information from that device about your browser type, location, and Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), pages visited, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click stream data. We use this information to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We use cookies to store information, such as your personal preferences when you visit our site. (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information). Transactional Information

Certain premium features may be available for a fee. In processing payment for such additional services we will collect certain information necessary to complete your purchase (“Transactional Information”). This information may include your name, billing address, email address, phone number, and credit card information, such as type of credit card, name on card, card number, validation number, and expiration date. We may retain Transactional Information as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and for recordkeeping, subject to statutory or regulatory retention requirements and legitimate business needs. We may collect information related to your transactions performed using the EventsEvolution Service (the “Transaction Data”). We may use your Transaction Data to improve your experience with the EventsEvolution Service, including to deliver advertisements to your mobile communications device from third parties or merchants (with whom we have contracted)

How we protect your information

To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, we utilize appropriate physical, technical and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we collect, including encryption of passwords stored on our servers.

Although we try our best to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, please be aware that there are risks inherent in sharing information and that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you share your information. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your information. We cannot ensure that information you share on our web site will not become publicly available. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on our web site. You can reduce these risks by using common sense security practices such as choosing a strong password, using different passwords for different services, and using up to date antivirus software.

Disclosure of your information to third parties

We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud, theft, harassment and other rights. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you, including the content of your online communications, if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on us; (b) protect or defend the rights or property of EventsEvolution or third parties; (c) assist in an investigation; or (d) respond to an emergency that poses a threat to the safety of Users or other persons.

We may provide third parties with aggregate statistics about our members, traffic patterns, and related web information. This data reflects web site usage patterns gathered during visits to our web site each month but does not contain behavioral or identifying information about any individual User, unless that User has given us permission to share that information. We may also provide log files and other databases of user information to third parties for analysis, so we can get a better understanding of traffic through our web site.

We may also use third party advertisements on the EventsEvolution Service to support EventsEvolution. Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our web site, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP , the browser you used to visit our Site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed.

If the ownership of all or substantially all of our company changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner so that the service can continue to operate. In such a case, your information would remain subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy.

Access and accuracy of your information

We strive to keep your personal information accurately recorded. We have implemented technology, management processes and policies to help maintain data accuracy. We provide our members with reasonable access to personal information that they provided to us and the reasonable ability to review and correct it or ask for its deletion, as applicable. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as requiring a password and user ID, before granting access to your data.

You can remove your data anytime you want. If you ask us to delete your account, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your data from our servers.

Any information you submit on the EventsEvolution Service can be viewed and used by others, including to send you unsolicited messages or to commit identity theft. Additionally, any information you send to other Users will show up on other User’s devices and these communications are also stored on our servers. Even if you remove this content from your device or account, copies of this information will remain viewable on the devices of third party users with whom you have communicated and will be stored on our servers for a period of time. Therefore you should be aware that information that you send to other Users cannot be removed from their devices unless the other User removes the data.

Transfer of Data Abroad

Your information may be stored and processed in any country in which we maintain facilities. In this regard, or for purposes of sharing or disclosing data as described in this Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to transfer information outside of your country. By using EventsEvolution Service, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

Linked Sites

We may provide links on the web site to other sites of interest; however, we do not review or endorse the content of these sites, and are not responsible for the privacy policies of web sites to which our web site links. If you provide any information to such third parties, different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. We strongly suggest you review such third party's privacy policies and terms of use before providing any data to them. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.

Policy Regarding Children

EventsEvolution Service is not directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen as part of EventsEvolution Service. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a User under the age of thirteen as part of EventsEvolution Service, we will delete such information from our records. If we change our practices in the future, we will obtain prior, verifiable parental consent before collecting any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen as part of EventsEvolution Service.

Your consent

By using EventsEvolution Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy as they may be amended as necessary. Any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and EventsEvolution Terms of Use, which include limitations on damages and application of the law of the State of Delaware.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

If we change our privacy policy, we will post the revised policy statement here with an updated revision date. If we make significant changes to our statement, we may also notify all members whose personal information we have retained by other means, such as sending an email or posting a notice on our home page. If you continue to use the EventsEvolution Service after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy.
